How will you pack my order?
Your order will be packed using all recycled materials. The packing "peanuts" are recycled wood and are 100% safe to use as compost - they dissolve in water! Some customers give them to their kids for craft projects too. We pack orders assuming the boxes will be drop-kicked! So damage is rare.
My address is weird - can I provide additional instructions for delivery?
Please enter your entire address including post boxes, apartment numbers, etc. Add more notes in the comments section for us to review for shipping. We can print out additional instructions in the language of your country and tape it securely to the box for your local carrier. And if we still aren't sure about your address - we will contact you for info before shipping!
Bpost is the regular post office that offers reliable delivery and tracking.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping options - via Bpost - Please be aware that 3rd party carriers will take over from these providers if you are outside of Belgium.
Tracking - tracking info is emailed to you, so please check your spam folder! It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and pickup their package if the customer is not home for delivery. We also send you emails saying "Hey! Your tracking says the package is waiting for you at your post office". We will also call if you don't respond to emails (if you include a phone number). If the package is returned to us because the customer did not pick it up, then we will refund the product price upon return, but not the shipping price.
Costs - We ship at cost, including our packaging materials, to try and ensure the lowest shipping rate. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the actual shipping costs will exceed the estimated shipping costs .
Damage - We are not responsible for damages caused by intent or equivalent deliberate recklessness of non-managerial staff; including shipping providers. For example, we will not refund the purchase price of canned goods if dents occur during shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Incorrect or Defective Products: A refund will be processed if a product is defective or is the incorrect product. Contact us if this occurs.
Replacements of incorrect or defective products: Due to the cost of shipping, refunds are the usual choice. However, if you are able, you are welcome to come by our store for a replacement.
